Easy Chicken Pot Pie (Iron)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tubes Pillsbury Grand Crescent Rolls

  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 Can Mixed Vegetables

  • Chicken Boullion to taste (or skip altogether!)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Garlic Powder

  • Cooking Spray or vegetable oil

Directions

  • Pre-heat Pie Iron over hot coals – 3 minutes per side
  • Spray inside of Pie Iron with cooking spray
  • Lay 1 crescent roll triangle in the bottom of pie iron (use 2 for a double pie iron) and gently press to contours of pie iron (use a spoon to press if it’s hot!)
  • Dice pre-cooked chicken, add to bowl
  • In same bowl mix together all other ingredients until you get the desired consistency (not too runny!)
  • Spoon Chicken mixture into crescent dough
  • Add another layer of crescent dough and gently pinch the dough together to form a seal
  • Close pie iron and cook 8-12 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through
  • Pierce with knife to ensure dough is fully cooked before consuming.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
